Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or any delays due to high order volume, inventory issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options all over Pakistan
  • Standard Shipping3–7 business days after processing
  • Overnight / 2-Day Shipping1–2 business days after processing (available for select items and locations)
Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
We currently do not cater and ship outside Pakistan
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Destination address
  • Selected shipping method
Free shipping is offered on orders over 5000/- within Pakistan.

We do not hide fees—any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
We pack all orders carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with a claim.
  • For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging. We will provide instructions for returns or replacements.
    We are not responsible for packages once they are delivered as confirmed by the carrier (e.g., left at door, porch, or with neighbor).
6. Important Notes
  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events.
  • Address changes after an order has shipped may not be possible and could result in additional fees or non-delivery.
  • High-demand periods (e.g., holidays) may extend processing and delivery times—please plan accordingly.
